Assembler

Our fast-growing company is looking for a meticulous, reliable person to fill a full-time assembler position. Penteract is a company specialized in the field of the Internet of Things (IoT). We offer innovative solutions that transform the world, giving our clients opportunities for sustainable development and generating greater value for end users.

Tasks:

• Manually assemble electronic, electrical and mechanical components
• Take part in product design and engineering
• Use a soldering iron for electronics
• Prepare enclosures
• Assemble cables
• Use tools such as an electric screwdriver, wiring pliers, multimeter, etc.
• Perform enclosure fitting
• Test assembled products and prototypes
• Follow the company’s health and safety rules
• Keep your workstation clean

Requirements:

• Good manual dexterity and attention to detail
• Ability to read assembly drawings
• Able to use various tools (short training provided)
• Experience in production or small-scale assembly (an asset)
• Experience assembling electrical wires or electronic components (an asset)
• Studies related to electricity (an asset)
• Hold a high school diploma or equivalent (an asset)

Work schedule: 37.5

Salary: $17.50/h
